​ I got my master’s degree of law, started my career as a legal advisor at payroll and HR services providerand over the years I gained a very broad experience in HR. The desire to have a business of my own began to grow and together with my friend Els I founded Elan Recruiting last year
 

 Human connection, the power of appreciation and direct feedback, lifetime growing & learning and the added value of working with divers teams, that’s what I believe in.
