1. Exploratory meeting with the client
We want to get to know your company better (values, culture, profiles, procedures...)
We look for a new employee that fits your company, market and customers.
2. Presentation of qualified candidates based on a detailed report.
3. Interview or a personal meeting with the candidate.
4. We help you to arrange the contract and guide you through the start-up of the candidate, including the application for grants.
5. We help with the integration of the new employee. It is important your new colleague speaks the language and knows the ins and outs of your company.
6. We have a follow up after 1, 3 and 6 months.
