We give you honest feedback.
There are 3 options:
There is a match with an open vacancy: we introduce you to the company and you will get feedback afterwards.
There is no match with an open vacancy:
It doesn't stop here for us. By connecting and interacting every 6 weeks through social channels, we do a follow-up with you as a candidate and together we look if there will be a matching opportunity in the future. In the mean time you will be included in our candidates database.
There is no further continuation of the process. You can decide to stop the process.
